About us

Groupe Mackay Prestige Portugal is the European branch of Canada’s respected Groupe
Mackay, bringing over 40 years of international real estate expertise.

Operating in Portugal for two years, we cater to the growing demand from North American
clients seeking holiday homes, investments, or second residences. Our agency provides a
reliable, personalized service with strong visibility in the Canadian and U.S. markets, creating
unique opportunities for Portuguese property owners.

Our team is led by CEO François Mackay and Co-Owner Mark Fernandes, whose Canadian
roots and Portuguese heritage make him the perfect bridge between the two markets. Together,
we combine international experience, local insight, and a commitment to delivering exceptional
results for every client.

"Fantastic experience from start to finish. The team was always available, transparent, and genuinely cared about finding the right property for me. A rare level of professionalism and warmth!"

João Marques

"I walked in with questions and walked out with a new home and a smile. Great service, honest advice, and the kind of people you feel you can trust right away."
